HR Business Partner
Acting as your HR Business Partner we can work with you to develop your HR strategy and HR policies and procedures that are integral to, and support your business’s strategic aims.
We recognise that sometimes you don’t have the resource or expertise in house to manage all your operational HR needs. We can help with your:
- HR Processes and Paperwork – we can help with your HR related paperwork by drafting a range of documents including letters, employment contracts etc helping you comply with employment legislation.
- Case Management – advice or management of the case. We have experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations cases that are particularly sensitive and complex in nature, including those involving allegations of bullying, harassment and sickness absence where mental ill health is a factor. We are able to provide you with advice and guidance ‘behind the scenes’ or work with you as an HR Business Partner on the case to ensure a fair and pragmatic resolution.
- Investigations and Reviews – when you need independence and impartiality we can manage investigations and reviews for your employee relations issues, assuring you and those involved of total confidentiality.
