We offer one-to-one coaching to help leaders and managers at all levels of the organisation to achieve their goals, increase confidence and improve performance.
We work with newly appointed managers in their first 3 – 6 months of appointment to establish themselves in their role and develop their confidence and leadership style.
We work with individuals who are working out their next career or who have a career goal in mind but aren’t yet sure how to get there. These coaching sessions tend to be more directive with hints and tips and information provided dependent on the client’s needs.
Interviews can be daunting for most people, even those that change job regularly. It’s even more so for those that haven’t had an interview in several years. We can provide interview preparation sessions for individuals tailored to the job the individual is applying for. This preparation will include a tailored practice interview using a play/replay model so the individual receives immediate feedback and has the opportunity to perfect performance.
All coaching sessions are confidential and a safe environment created for the client to explore their thoughts and reflect, before preparing to take action.
